Chicago Creative Arts On
Line (CCAO) announces the Second Annual BlackOut Festival on Saturday
March 20, 2010 a Tribute Fred Anderson. At the Velvet Lounge 67 East
Cermak at 8:30 P.M. As part of The Fest, CCAO will present the Second
annual Chicago Creative Excellence in Music awards.
